MCNet S.A. shares good practices on implementing electronic systems

MCNet participated in the Moztech technology fair that took place from March 11 to 13 at the Eduardo Mondlane University (UEM) Campus as an exhibitor and hundreds of visitors were recorded mainly from the academic community.

One of the purposes of Moztech is to promote knowledge of Information and Communication technologies (ICT's), and this objective is in line with the role of MCNet for contributing to facilitating trade through the roll-out of the Single Electronic Window Platform (SeW).  
MCNet S.A. joined the initiative of the technology fair from the date of its first edition and on the current one which is the third edition a great number of participants were interested in learning more about the evolution of the ICT's in the country.

IMG_9314.JPG      With the presence of MCNet S.A. the academic community can extend its domain around the efforts for the modernization of public services through ICT's that have been proving their importance to the economic and social development of the country.

In this edition of the technology fair, MCNet took part in the panel of speakers in one of the conferences with the topic “Digital Inclusion – challenges and solutions”and pointed to the need for greater efficiency.

MCNet was also present at the international educational fair that took place from May 19th to 21st at the Campus of the Eduardo Mondlane University, centered on the theme “Making education a key element for the development of the Human and Social Capital”.

The event, considered as an opportunity for providing career advising services for young people on the various domains of knowledge, was organized by Academic Community for the Development of Education (CADE), in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Human Development and the Ministry of Science and Technology, Higher and Technical Vocational Education.

The Stand of MCNet was visited by students from the various secondary and High schools and University institutions of the province, as well as by parents and guardians and business men that got acquainted with the role of information and communication technologies (ICTs) in the improvement of public services in the specific case of the implemented Single Electronic Window, a modern system for the clearance of goods through customs.
