Training on the base of the quality of SeW services

Training on the base of the quality of SeW services

31 August 2013

Under the continuous improvement of the services delivered to SeW users, the IT Team and Users Support (CSO’s) departments benefited from a training and a subsequent certification in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library). The training took place at SeW training center in 2 sessions that lasted four days each from 23 to 31 August of the current year.

ITIL is essentially a methodology for the management of infrastructure technologies and information systems designed based on global best practices with the main objective of aligning the services provided by technologies of communication and information with business requirements and quality of service.

The adoption of ITIL recommendations enables a significant cost reduction by optimizing the use of skills and knowledge of human resources, of the adequate procedures and technology available.

The proactive management and continuous improvement of services as recommended in ITIL contributes to the quality increase simultaneously with overall cost containment.
